Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. You will receive the exact abaya shown in the pictures. All product photos are taken using the original design and fabric. Slight color variation may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is placed, you will receive the order confirmation and receipt via email and WhatsApp. You can also contact us anytime for a copy.

How can I return an item?

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided the abaya is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Some designs are limited edition. If restocked, we will announce it on our Instagram page. You may also contact us to check availability.
